4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been processed and shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

7. What happens if my package is delayed?
Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, any delays are outside of our control. If your package is delayed, please reach out directly to the carrier for updates.

8. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Unfortunately, Expensive Kicks is not responsible for any damages or lost items once the package is in the carrier's possession.

10. Can I pick up my order in person?
At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.
